Submit your pharmacy details — business name, NPI, DEA number, and Arizona pharmacy license number. Our system automatically verifies your license against the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. Approval typically takes a few minutes.

Common questions from pharmacies

Joining RXBids is free. There is no membership fee, no monthly subscription, and no cost to browse open auctions. RXBids earns a 10% platform fee only when you win an auction and the order is fulfilled. If you bid and do not win you pay nothing.
You must notify RXBids within 24 hours if you are unable to fill. The patient receives a full refund. You are responsible for the 10% platform fee as you committed to filling when you bid. This is outlined in the pharmacy partner agreement signed at registration.
Report it in your portal within 24 hours with documentation. RXBids reviews and confirms the fraud. You receive a 25% good faith payment for your verification work. The patient receives no refund and their account is permanently banned. The case is reported to the DEA and Arizona Board of Pharmacy.
The same way they always do — the patient asks their prescriber to call in, fax, or e-prescribe directly to your pharmacy using your NPI number. RXBids never touches, routes, or stores any prescription data. Your existing dispensing workflow does not change at all.
No. RXBids does not permit controlled substance requests or bids. The platform is for non-controlled prescription medications only. This restriction is enforced at the platform level and cannot be bypassed.
