Pharmacy cannot fill your prescription

If the pharmacy is unable to fill for any reason beyond your control — drug unavailable, stock issue — you receive a full automatic refund. The pharmacy is responsible for the platform fee.

You do not send the prescription in time

You have 48 hours after accepting to have your prescriber send the Rx to the winning pharmacy. If this window passes no refund is issued as the pharmacy committed their time and inventory.

Fraudulent prescription submitted

Submitting a fraudulent or altered prescription is a federal crime. If fraud is confirmed no refund is issued, your account is permanently banned, and the case is reported to the DEA and Arizona Board of Pharmacy.

No — RXBids is a cash-pay platform. No insurance is involved at any point. You are not subject to formulary restrictions, prior authorizations, or coverage gaps. You pay the winning bid amount directly.
No. You never send your prescription to RXBids. You post only the medication name, strength, quantity, and form. After accepting a bid you simply ask your doctor to call, fax, or e-prescribe the Rx directly to the winning pharmacy — the same as any standard pharmacy transfer today.
Every pharmacy on RXBids is verified against the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy database before they can bid. License number, active status, and expiry date are all confirmed. Licenses are re-checked automatically every month. Any pharmacy with an expired or suspended license is immediately removed.
Only when you tap Accept on a bid. You will see the exact amount on a confirmation screen before anything is charged. Saving your card at registration does not charge you anything. You are in complete control.
Any non-controlled prescription medication. Common examples include blood pressure medications, cholesterol medications, diabetes medications, and thyroid medications. Controlled substances (Schedule I–V) are not permitted on the platform under any circumstances.
If your auction closes with no bids no charge is made to your card. You can repost the auction at any time. We recommend ensuring your medication is non-controlled and your state has active pharmacy partners.
